Position: Clinical Trainer Job Description: The clinical trainer is responsible for developing and implementing clinical competencies and coordinating training sessions for new and current clinical employees to ensure all staff has the clinical skills necessary to appropriately care for patients in all MRPG locations. Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience at MA, LPN or RN in an outpatient environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Past experience working with electronic medical records
Proficient in data management and reporting
