CompuCom Deskside Support Technician in Milford, Massachusetts

At e X cell , we set you up for job success right from the start. Our precision recruiting process aligns the right fit for the right people. Our client has a new opportunity for a Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in the Milford, MA area. Scope of Activity:

  • Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work

  • Hardware set up – some sanitation may be required

  • Only includes hardware set up, not repairs

  • Providing a team to assist with employees returning to office

  • Deskside support for all end user computing

  • Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers

  • Reimage devices as needed

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • L1 to L2 tech experience preferred

  • Prior industry experience required

  • Excellent all-around communication skills

  • Great organizational and customer support skills

  • Must possess solid analytical, communication, and technology skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, not intimated by new or complex situations

  • Must be a self-motivated individual with a willingness to work well with others on a regular basis

  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
