Milford Regional Medical Center Environmental Service Supervisor- 1St. Shift in Milford, Massachusetts
Statement of Purpose: Supervises and coordinates activities and works with cleaning crews engaged in Environmental Services activities on assigned shift. Responsible for all functions related to personnel efficiency and performance.
Qualifications: Education: High School or Equivalent to a four-year-high school education, plus specialized training or courses, and or up to three years’ experience in EVS, housekeeping and supervision.
Experience: Must display leadership qualities, and have good general knowledge of electric and battery powered floor equipment. At least 3 to 5 years of experience, in (EVS) housekeeping and supervisor role. Able to make changes based on Productivity Standards. (Time studies on unitizations).
Knowledgeable on Operating Room cleaning Procedures and Regulations.
Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, preferred
Experienced in managing inventory.
e. Floor work and carpet care experience, an able to train and lead by example, detail oriented.
MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
