Waters Executive Assistant in Milford, Massachusetts
Waters Corporation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project coordination support and serve as a main point of contact for the VP of Enterprise Transformation.
This position is expected to have a strong commitment to professional ethical standards, including the ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive information.
Project coordination – plan, coordinate, and manage content for meetings; work collaboratively with Transformation team members and colleagues through the organization;
Calendar management – be aware of priorities and schedule complex meetings with internal and external parties over various domestic and international time zones
Leader and team productivity – identify and implement ways of working that improve productivity of the leader and the broader transformation team
Communication - manage Transformation communication channels (e.g., MS Teams, intranet site) in partnership with internal communications
Content preparation – support preparation of presentation content
Attend business meetings as needed - capture and follow up on action items
Plan domestic and international travel itineraries – air, hotel, ground transport
Process expense reports using Concur software
Meeting planning and logistics
Coordinate executive communications
Support recruitment and onboarding for new hires within the Transformation team
Work closely and effectively with the leader to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Assist senior staff as needed; provide back-up to other executive assistants
Other administrative duties, special projects and events, as they may arise
High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
5+ years, previous experience working for executives in a corporate environment, preferably in a global organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, senior management, peer administrative personnel
Requires the highest level of personal integrity, trustworthiness and professional acumen. Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on many tasks concurrently
Proactive organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills with mastery of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
