Waters HR Executive Assistant in Milford, Massachusetts
The Human Resources Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to three HR executives, managing calendars, meeting requests, travel and expense management. This role will also be responsible for executive recruitment coordination with candidates, recruiters and executives across Waters.
The successful candidate will have experience working with HR data and handling highly confidential information. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global company and understand the nuances of working with a globally dispersed organization. This role will need to be equally adept at interfacing with members of the executive committee and external recruiters as they are with candidates and employees.
Receive executive candidates and vendors
Anticipate, identify, and address the operational and administrative needs of the team
Arrange travel, schedule meetings and appointments, and manage multiple leadership schedules
Prepare expense reports
Assist with onboarding of new members of the HR team
Maintain inventory and office supplies
Optimize, socialize, standardize, and document operational processes
A high-school diploma or GED (post-secondary degree or education preferred)
Ability to work closely with senior executives and represent Waters to candidates, external partners and stakeholders
At least five years of relevant experience
A problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Office experience, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
