Milford Regional Medical Center is a full-service, community and regional teaching hospital located in Milford, Mass. and serves patients from more than 20 towns in Central Massachusetts. The 149-bed medical center is a nonprofit, acute-care facility, where more than 300 primary care and specialty physicians are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community with dignity, compassion and respect.

Statement of Purpose:

Milford Regional Medical Center’s Respiratory Therapists are recognized as key members of the patient care team. Our group of therapists provide all aspects of respiratory care ranging from medical gas administration, aerosolized medication delivery, and lung expansion techniques to assisting with bronchoscopies, artificial airway care, and ventilator management. Our Respiratory Therapists are also active members of the code blue and rapid response teams, and they respond to high-risk deliveries and take care of infants in our newly-renovated level 1-B nursery. The welcoming environment allows us to recruit some of the very best therapists to join our team! Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate, Associate Degree Respiratory Care from CoARC accredited program.

Certification / License: RRT , MA Respiratory Care License, current CPR skills. Preferred: ACLS, NRP, PALS.

Experience: One year preferred. Less acceptable under special circumstances such as part-time experience while in school, or previous experience as CRT. Experience in all aspects of respiratory care and with all groups preferred.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
