Statement of Purpose :
The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse provides physical, emotional and psychological support to patients with various mental health conditions and assists other nursing staff in coordinating care for this patient population. The Behavioral Health nurse participates in a multidisciplinary health care team and acts as a clinical resource to other staff. Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing for Registered Nurses Certification / License: Current RN license in Massachusetts, current CPR skills Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing care to Behavioral Health patients required. Minimum of 1 year Experience in Emergency Care preferred.
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
