Position: Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Job Description: An advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) is needed to support our newest Urgent Care locations, with office locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway, Milford, and Northbridge. This is a full time opportunity with a rotating schedule that will cover every third weekend. Weekdays shifts are 12 hours in length (8am-8pm), and weekend shifts are 8 hours in length (9am-5pm). Our Urgent Care offices are staffed with two providers on every shift and they are supported with dedicated medical assistant and front desk coverage. Our providers see an average volume of 25-35 patients per 12-hour shift, and document their encounters in EPIC (our electronic medical record). We have lab draws and x-ray services available at all of our Urgent Care locations and a strong connection with our system’s local emergency room. Qualifications and Experience:

Nurse Practitioner

  • Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited graduate school of nursing

  • License/Certification: Must possess a valid Massachusetts license of Advanced Practice Nurse and Certificate from AANP or ANCC

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of one-year experience working in an outpatient physician office, urgent care experience preferred.

    Physician Assistant

  • Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

  • License/Certification: Must possess a valid Massachusetts Physician Assistant License and NCCPA Certification

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of one-year experience working in an outpatient physician office, urgent care experience preferred.
