Youth Clinician
Riverside is seeking a passionate Youth Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in Milford! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
We are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required
CANS Certified
Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC
In this vital role, the Youth Clinician will:
provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program through age 25
facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Youth Peer Specialist, Family Partner, nursing, and psychiatry
will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer and relevant family/guardians
Pay: Based on experience and chosen Productivity Level -
Unlicensed Clinician - $68,958.50 - $74,263/salaried
Independent Licensure - $72,141.20 - $77,445.70/salaried
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours with hybrid opportunities
Preference for Sunday through Thursday shift pattern (would consider Tuesday through Saturday as well)
Flexibility to accommodate a 4-day work week with the agreeance to work Sundays!
$12 weekend shift differential available!
