Description Robert Half is working with a client in the Real Estate/Construction industry who is looking to add to add to their team with a new person to be a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Vice President, plays a vital role in supporting both home office and site staff through special projects, administrative duties, and daily tasks. This dynamic position involves leading projects with the Senior VP, HR Manager, accounting team, and site staff to ensure timely and successful project development. Key responsibilities include documenting project progress, managing tasks according to objectives, developing project plans, compiling data, producing reports, and scheduling meetings.
The Project Coordinator will prepare multimedia presentations, maintain contact with key personnel, and participate in project teams, updating senior staff on project details. Additionally, they will lead company, site, and IT improvements, assist the HR Manager with document management and marketing tasks, coordinate special events, and provide backup support to the Accounting Department. Ensuring smooth corporate office operations, the role involves organizing conferences, recording minutes, supporting IT and phone systems, coordinating travel, managing office inventory, and processing mail.
Ideal candidates are tech-savvy self-starters with strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Teams and Office, capable of multitasking, and adept at problem-solving. • Proficient in CRM software
• Experience in auditing, project management, and project planning
• Knowledge of commercial real estate is beneficial
• Familiarity with Yardi Property Management software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to benefits administration.
