Tremont Credit Union Digital Marketing Specialist in Milton, Massachusetts

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing strategies to support and drive our credit union's brand and business. Identify appropriate marketing channels for the most cost-effective promotions to grow our brand and business, while maximizing ROI, this includes designing, targeting, executing, measuring and reporting. This includes seeking vendors for printers and mail services to obtain bids on marketing pieces Strong attention to details, while designing and managing quality, error free, grammatically correct communications including advertisements, promotional items, targeted emails, on-hold systems, brochures, newsletters, new business materials, and direct mail and statement stuffers. Coordinates production and distribution of pieces with outside vendors. Creates all digital media marketing campaigns including e-marketing, online, website, and social media campaigns. Quantifies results using appropriate analytics. Google analytics certified and SEO/SEM experience and best practices. Creates and coordinates all marketing communication used in branches and on ATMs. Utilize the credit union tools and database to develop member segmentation and personalized campaigns. Completes department, interdepartmental and corporate projects as needed. Assists with building relationships with SEG employees and create a network of CU contacts. Contact SEGs in-person, via email, and telephone on a regular basis to cement the relationship as TCU being their financial institution. Frequently visit TCU SEGs and develop a strategy to contact or visit on SEGs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Provide metric and action plans regularly Help to develop strategies with marketing team to ensure we are visiting SEGs and are represented at SEG events, such as benefit fairs, community events, etc. Proactively research competitor's current product and service offerings and measure them against our offerings to gauge member satisfaction and opportunities for enhancing our existing products and services. May be assigned additional duties and/or responsibilities based on the discretion of TCU senior management and the Board of Directors This position is located in Milton, Massachusetts. Knowledge & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience required; credit union or community banking experience preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience Proficient in Adobe products, preferred Microsoft InDesign in a Windows environment Strong PC skills and in-depth experience in social media marketing Travel and reliable transportation required. Strong oral, written, verbal and public presentation skills. Ability to work and think independently. Possess the ability to prioritize business commitments and multi-task to meet deadlines. Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed to represent the credit union at various events The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
