A top Design firm in the South Shore area is looking for a MEP Coordinator!

Description:

• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineering, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive MEP and specifications for projects

• Conduct thorough reviews reviews of MEP plans and specifications

• Assist in the procurement process by providing technical expertise in selecting equipment and ensuring compliance

• Oversee MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase

• Implement QC measures

• Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related field

• 0-5 years of MEP coordination experience

• Knowledge in CAD or Revit

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• PE license is preferred
