Lead Teacher (Part-time) - Monday-Friday - Before and After School
This is a part-time position Monday-Friday, before and after school hours Hours are Split Shift, Mon-Fri. 6:30am-8:45am and 3:45pm-6:00pm
School Location: Bear Creek Elementary at 330 Creekside Dr, Monument, CO 80132
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Teach and educate children according to approved Leading Edge curriculum standards
- Ensure program(s) are running to Leading Edge and state licensing standards
- Ensure administrative functions are current to include state licensing related requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a best-in-class customer service focus
- Meet with school administration to ensure program(s) are running efficiently
- Ensuring state ratios are adhered to
- Communication with parents and families on a consistent basis
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Onboard and train new employees
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) months (460 hours) of verifiable experience with school-age children.
- All staff must complete state required background checks
- Must be available during all program hours (split shift)
- Complete all state mandated training
