Food Preparation Workers: CRU ACK, LLC dba Cru Oyster Bar located on the island of Nantucket, MA off the coast of Cape Cod in Nantucket County: Temporary, Full-time, 05/01/2025-10/15/2025, 40 hours p/week, 5 days per week, days and shifts may vary, 8am-5pm, 3pm-11pm, and/or 11pm-7am. (12) Openings. Will train to prepare cold foods, slice meats, wash, chop, and peel fruits and vegetables, prepare ingredients for soups, sauces, breads and rolls, and desserts. Also responsible for cleaning and maintaining sanitation of kitchen and equipment. No education or prior work experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. \$19.31 p/hour or \$28.97 p/hour for overtime as it may be available. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Monday at 12:01 am and ending Sunday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Wednesday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is \$250 per week and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period. Housing is optional. Transportation is not provided to worksite.
