Work Incorporated Dining Facility Manager in Natick, Massachusetts

This position reports to the Dining Facility Project Manager and is responsible for the administrative management of a Dining Facility utilizing the Army Management Information System to manage meal planning, food ordering, budgeting, inventory and account status. The system supports a dining facility that serves 3 meals per 7 days per week for a daily meal count of 150 meals per day. This is an onsite position in Natick MA working a Monday through Friday schedule. Duties include: 1. Administrative management and filing of dining facility operations using the Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS) and the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS). 2. Knowledge of the GO 4 GREEN program and incumbent must be able to attain, all necessary training contained in HPRC-online, (https://www.hprc-online.org/nutrition/go-green/about-g4g/nutrition/whats-go-green) 3. Maintaining dining facility account status and days of supply within specified tolerances. 4. Knowledge of ordering procedures. 5. Familiarity with Army Recipe Cards. 6. Receiving, storing, and issuing subsistence to safeguard perishable foods. 7. Performing inventory management of all subsistence. 8. Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with inquiries. 9. Receiving and responding to communication between both Army and/or WORK Inc. personnel in a timely manner. 10. Knowledge of Army regulations, including TD-MED 530, DA-PAM-30-32, and TM 4-41.11 DoD 1338.10M, (Department of Defense Food Service Program, AR 30-22, (Army Food Program).
