Responsibilities

  • Oversee department staffing structures to achieve business and financial goals and to maximize overall organizational effectiveness; collaborates with other leaders to ensure alignment.

  • Develop and lead strategy to design and implement efficient processes; responsible for the overall implementation to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and implementation of best practices throughout Workplace Services.

  • Serve as an escalation point for teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver management reports to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.

  • Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives; work with stakeholders to measure and communicate business impact.

  • Provide leadership to management team, including performance coaching and development opportunities to build a strong management team to meet the leadership demands of a constantly changing business and operating environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience

  • Eight years of financial services industry experience across multiple product lines, including retirement and voluntary benefits

  • Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business, technology and project teams.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading change initiatives across multiple functions
