Oversee department staffing structures to achieve business and financial goals and to maximize overall organizational effectiveness; collaborates with other leaders to ensure alignment.
Develop and lead strategy to design and implement efficient processes; responsible for the overall implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
Promote teamwork, collaboration, and implementation of best practices throughout Workplace Services.
Serve as an escalation point for teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver management reports to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.
Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives; work with stakeholders to measure and communicate business impact.
Provide leadership to management team, including performance coaching and development opportunities to build a strong management team to meet the leadership demands of a constantly changing business and operating environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
Eight years of financial services industry experience across multiple product lines, including retirement and voluntary benefits
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business, technology and project teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience leading change initiatives across multiple functions
- Office environment
