$2,000 Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 at hire and $1,000 after you complete 4 months of service. Sign-On Bonus is pro-rated for part time hours.

Great opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative and innovative interdisciplinary Early Intervention team!

The Speech Pathologist participates on an interdisciplinary team within the Early Intervention (EI) program providing home-based services to children (0-3 years) who have, or are at risk for developmental delays and disorders and their families.

In this exciting role, the Speech Pathologist is responsible for coordinating speech, language, feeding, and oral motor aspects of the child’s treatment plan. In addition, the Speech Pathologist also conducts developmental assessments, fulfills service coordination duties, leads and supports group activities, and maintains an individual caseload.

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week for Full Time

  • Part Time and Fee For Service Opportunities Available

    Due to Covid19, programming is currently remote with plan to move to community-based when possible.

    Required Skills

  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required

    Required Experience

  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist required

  • Experience in early intervention, special needs populations and early childhood preferred
