Massachusetts Employer Banquet Worker in Needham, Massachusetts
Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at venues and catering events. Duties include: -Greeting guests and taking their orders -Bringing guests the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed -directing guests to necessary services and features, and leading guests on tours of the location -Assisting with event prep, set up, and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings, and buffets -supporting other staff to ensure guest satisfaction -attending pre-events meetings and understanding the work schedule
