Description of the role: Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs - HHAs-Companions. In this role, you will provide direct care and companionship to clients in the Metrowest-Boston area.. Your main responsibility will be to promote the overall well-being and independence of our clients through various activities and personal care assistance. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming * Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition * Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities * Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred; but experience as a Companion is also important * Prior experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: * Competitive compensation: rate begins at $20 per hour * Flexible schedules * Opportunity for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and ongoing support * Access to resources and tools for professional development About the Company: Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
