The Project Manager will focus on processing engineering change notices (ECN), including preparing PPTs for changes, tracking statuses, and maintaining an active work queue. Responsibilities include heavily preparing, reviewing, and uploading documentation, managing 30-40 ECNs daily, and understanding the ECN process. The role demands a background in project or change management. Ideal candidates are patient, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must handle multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems independently, and communicate effectively. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project is required. Availability for morning and evening meetings is necessary, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and additional hours may be required. SharkNinja will provide the necessary computer and tools.

• Sensitivity to urgencies, priorities, and risks: capable of prioritizing tasks, laying out action plans, and closing out accurately with adequate speed.

• Capability of handling multiple tasks in parallel with schedule/deadline driven.

• Independently self-monitoring and problem-solving ability in difficult situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear and logical insight to communicate needs/requirements, key points concentrated, and team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Proficiency and excellence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Background in project management or change management.
