Description

We are in the banking industry, based in Needham, Massachusetts, United States, and we are currently on the lookout for a skilled Digital Banking Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to customer transactions and record maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Banking Expertise:

• Manage and support online and mobile banking platforms, ensuring seamless functionality for services like digital deposits, fund transfers, account management, and security protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to digital banking applications promptly, providing technical support.

• Operational Oversight:

• Oversee deposit operations, including process improvements, reconciliation, and quality control to maintain compliance with banking regulations.

• Monitor and analyze digital banking performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Customer Support & Education:

• Act as the first line of support for customers navigating digital banking tools. Educate users on platform features, benefits, and security best practices to drive adoption.

• Compliance & Security:

• Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and institutional policies regarding digital banking and deposit operations, including fraud prevention measures.

• Keep abreast of emerging industry standards for online banking security.

• Collaboration & Strategy:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations) to implement improvements and initiatives for digital banking channels.

• Provide insights and recommendations for technological upgrades to enhance customer experience and operational scalability.

  Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of line of business processes and applications

• Troubleshooting technical issues across systems and technical proficiency with core banking systems, online banking platforms, and digital banking solutions.

• Q2 or COCC

• Experience in digital banking or banking operations

• Strong interpersonal skills
