As a Retail Selling Solutions Advisor, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and have our customer’s needs in mind while helping them find products and providing solutions (training provided).

Help both your customer and your store win.

  • Deliver high level service to every customer, build customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Connect with customers and understand their needs to present solutions across a broad range of products, including Computing, Printing, Office Supplies, Furniture, Ink & Toner, and Paper

  • Maintain and apply knowledge of technology products and services through required trainings and certifications as well as self-development

  • Exhibit highly effective Selling and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers to build loyalty and satisfaction, serving as a trusted advisor

  • Support the Customer Development Program through generating and handing off customer leads

  • Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., returns, merchandising, other duties as assigned)

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and/or weekends)

  • Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

  • Collaborate and work with other team members

  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

  • Basic computer skills
