This role will be based in Needham, MA once we reopen. Our reopening plan will remain fluid based on COVID-19 guidance to ensure the safety of all our employees.
As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to our team of Account Coordinators on various tasks for ad campaigns. Our ideal candidate will be organized, tenacious, and have a passion for pursuing a career in sales or a sales support function.
Creating and providing standard reports for clients.
Compile screenshots for live campaigns
Reserving Inventory
Preparing PowerPoint Decks
Other duties include cleaning/maintaining the sales database and other administrative/office duties as needed.
Past sales and/or marketing experience
Impeccable business writing and speaking skills
Top notch organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
Ability to learn and work in various technology systems
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or FileMaker
A “can-do” attitude and a personality that is adaptable to regular change
