ManpowerGroup Operations Coordinator in New Bedford, Massachusetts

Job Title: Custom Gear Operations Coordinator

Location: Lakeville, MA

Pay Rate: $28.85/hr

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Objective:

We are seeking a dedicated Custom Gear Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of capacity analysis for all Custom Gear Product lines across multiple 3rd party vendors. This role requires close collaboration with customer service, internal teams, and vendor leaders to ensure effective communication, prioritization and insights throughout the order process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, coordinate and manage material and production flows across custom gear warehouses and vendors to ensure daily production needs are met on time

  • Analyze and schedule special order processing, including expedited and strategic partnership orders, ensuring on time shipments and effective prioritization

  • Test, review, and recommend system control changes for order planning/scheduling tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or operations preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in capacity scheduling, ideally within the consumer goods industry (golf/sporting goods experience is a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of ERP systems

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
