Vitra Health Senior Community Liaison - New Bedford area - Health Care Sales in New Bedford, Massachusetts

About the Role:

The Senior Community Liaison is an experienced, energetic, and motivated individual who's goal is to ensure qualified client's access to Vitra Health's various programs. Additionally, the Senior Community Liaison will develop, implement, and execute a business plan within his/her assigned territory; spearhead generating new partnerships and client leads within the community and begin the enrollment process for eligible members in the field and assist in the intake process for prospective members.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Vitra's business development team members to advance brand awareness including but not limited to participating in various community engagements.

  • Spearheads new partnerships and client leads within assigned regions.

  • Works closely with case managers to expedite admissions into the programs.

  • Facilitates the enrollment process for eligible members in the field and when appropriate, facilitates the intake process for prospective members.

  • Tracks and reports metrics and targets.

  • Collaborates with Care Access to optimize client onboarding.

  • Collaborates with the Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships to develop referral partners and community presence.

  • Fosters culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.

  • Serves as a brand ambassador for VITRA reflecting our vision, mission, and values.

  • Shows genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.

  • Embraces and champions a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience.

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Bilingual in English and secondary language preferred

  • Periodically able to attend weekend and off hour business development engagements

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
