Pier Fish Shipping & Receiving Clerk in New Bedford, Massachusetts
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized inventory records. Duties - Utilize Seasoft computer system to track inventory and shipments - Load and unload trucks with forklifts or other equipment - Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment - Operate reach trucks to move materials within the warehouse Requirements - Experience with Seasoft computer system is preferred - Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading shipments - Knowledge of order picking processes - Experience with reach trucks in a warehouse setting - Hours are Monday - Friday; 10 AM to 6 PM; weekend work as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: \$17.00 - \$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
