Library Watchperson- \$17.27-24.11 This position provides security services on the Branch Library premises in collaboration with Library staff and the New Bedford Police Department and proactively assists in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for Library customers and employees.- 40 hours Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with undergraduate coursework in criminal justice preferred, and at least two years of experience in security, public safety or law enforcement with significant public contact strongly preferred.
