Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Newburyport, Massachusetts

Description

We are looking for a proficient Human Resources Administrator to join our team located in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This role will primarily involve the management of human resources functions, ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the processing of applications, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer employee applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data, payroll, and benefits.

• Perform background checks on potential employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR processes, identifying any areas of improvement.

• Manage the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode system to streamline the recruitment and hiring process.

• Utilize Ceridian software to manage workforce management and human capital management.

• Oversee employee benefits functions, ensuring all employees are aware of their benefits and any changes made.

• Utilize Concur and About Time software for time tracking and expense management.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards, keeping up-to-date with any changes to laws or regulations.

• Address and resolve any employee inquiries or issues, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements • Must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential

• Familiarity with Ceridian software is a must

• Experience with Concur software is a plus

• Knowledge of About Time software is required

• Auditing skills are essential for this role

• Ability to conduct Background Checks is necessary

• Experience in handling Benefit Functions is needed

• Must have a strong understanding of Compliance regulations and laws in Human Resources.
