Position Overview:

This role will focus on developing, optimizing, and sustaining electroplating processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience in electroplating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and sustain electroplating processes.

• Support processes for microelectronic packaging applications.

• Support Gold, Copper, Nickel and Silver electroplating.

• Implement and maintain process controls to ensure quality.

• Work cross functionally to lead continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any relevant discipline. Advanced degrees preferred.

• Hands-on experience (3-5 years) with electroplating processes.

• Experience leading new processes development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
