Insight Global Patient Care Coordinator in Newton Center, Massachusetts

Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in achieving their aesthetic aspirations. This involves promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments. Success in this role is measured by exceeding monthly sales goals and maintaining excellence in weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics. Youll report to the Practice Director and Medical Director, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals. You must be poised, professional, creative, eager to succeed, passionate and charismatic. Background in aesthetics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

  • Conduct one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patient to take positive actions.

  • Address patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.

  • Manage revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.

  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.

  • Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of demonstrated success in a luxury goods, consultative plastic surgery or aesthetic sales environment

An outstanding verbal communicator and active listener with strong emotional acumen Background in aesthetics

Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or a Medical Spa preferred, but not required

Experienced in managing accounts with an online CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, etc).

Knowledge of Nextech and other practice management/clinical systems null
