About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee and support our Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring they excel in their roles while managing your own recruitment workload. You will provide strategic leadership to achieve our organizational goals by partnering with operations leaders and implementing company standards in sourcing, selection, and retention. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a steady flow of qualified candidates, minimizing recruitment costs, and driving diversity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with Division Vice Presidents and Regional Managers on recruitment issues.

  • Drive the recruitment process for Center Directors and other key positions.

  • Foster a strong sense of teamwork and provide ongoing training and support.

  • Analyze recruitment statistics and monitor turnover and growth.

  • Champion diversity and drive diversity recruiting efforts.

  • Participate in companywide initiatives and accept new challenges.

About You:

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelors Preferred

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and team leadership. At least 3 years of direct people management experience, preferably in a TA organization required.

  • Required 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high volume dispersed model or search firm environment

  • Required 3 years of Technology experience including applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and relevant social platforms

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Passion for diversity and inclusion.

  • High energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons’ mission and values.

Compensation Range:

The annual salary range for this role is: $75,000 to $109,000

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
