Bright Horizons Marketing Specialist - EdAssist in Newton, Massachusetts

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing programs targeting employees registered for Bright Horizons services with the goal of increasing usage and number of unique users. The Marketing Specialist will help create campaigns, tactics, and assets to drive participation in Bright Horizon services. The Marketing Specialist will also provide overarching administrative support to help define new processes so we can create greater efficiencies as we continue to scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Support strategy and execution of employee email campaigns targeting Bright Horizons registered employees to drive use of our services

  • Manage creation of collateral templates and personalized print and digital marketing communications for promoting Bright Horizons services to client employees

  • Gather data to report on marketing performance for email campaigns, webinars, content platforms, digital assets, mobile app, operational websites, and more

  • Drive awareness and utilization of the broader Bright Horizons solutions to support customer retention and revenue growth

  • Develop positive ongoing relationships with Client Relations teams and key stakeholders

  • Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Operations teams

  • Create brand assets and support brand governance and standardization, internally and externally.

  • Support event logistics and execution (virtual and client-hosted).

  • Support webinar development, logistics and execution for a variety of audiences, such as B2B and B2E audiences.

  • Seek out competitive intelligence and work with Product Marketing to create assets that effectively position our products and solutions to a variety of audiences

  • Manage marketing budget and be the central point of contact for SOW’s, estimates, and purchase orders.

  • Lead by example and exhibit Bright Horizons' core values by consistently demonstrating HEART in all that you do.

  • Assist in generating testimonials for learners and clients in EdAssist

  • Assist in generating multi-channel marketing strategies to promote engagement and participation with our eligible employees and learners in EdAssist

  • Work at a Hybrid capacity out of our Corporate Office in Newton, MA

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required (Marketing or related field preferred)

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferably in a corporate setting is required

  • 5 additional years of experience in marketing or communications will be considered in lieu of degree

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated

  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting

  • The ability to function effectively under pressure and willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving and fast growing marketing organization

  • Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus.

  • Experience working with internal or external creative agencies and providing creative direction/feedback preferred

  • Ability to set and exceed ambitious goals

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with marketing peers, client experience is a plus.

  • Experience managing data to inform decision-making is essential

  • Experience in budget management.

  • Experience using marketing technology, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Work at a Hybrid capacity out of our Corporate Office in Newton, MA
