A hoisting and DOT license is required (will train). Job Consists of: - Digging holes - Repairing broken water lines - Painting - Cleaning buildings and grounds - General repairs - Pool maintenance - Maintaining equipment - Mowing lawns and Weed whacking - Tree removal as needed - Maintaining roadways (patching asphalt, plowing, salting) - Shoveling community areas - Maintaining pump house Common Areas - Mowing and lawn care for the community\'s common areas. - Keep the vacant lots in the community mowed, weed-free and trash-free. - Trimming branches. Winter Duties - Be prepared to shovel and snow plowing on the community\'s roads and walkways. - Have products on hand to aid with icy road conditions. - Use backhoe to load sander on truck and use backhoe to load salt and sand in salt shed. - Plowing includes always keeping the hill to the entrance of the park clear day and night. - Attach plow blades to the trucks. Signage - Maintain signs in the community. Community Lighting - Ensure that all lighting in community common areas is in good working order. If not call National Grid to replace the lights. Streets - Direct or assist with the maintenance of streets and paved surfaces throughout the community. - Patch where necessary to avoid health and safety issues for employees and residents. Community Buildings - Be proactive and anticipate maintenance issues at community-owned buildings. Painting includes painting the inside of the pool. Pool Maintenance - Maintaining the pool pumps, cleaning the pool and filters. Community Property - Construct and maintain an inventory of park owned tools and supplies. - Once developed, keep the list up-to-date as items are acquired or removed from park. Shop Area - Maintain a clean and safe workshop area. - Make sure that all necessary safety equipment is available and in good working order. - Have all the required fire extinguishers serviced and in place. Community Vehicles - Maintain community-owned vehicles, ensuring that they are always in safe and reliable condition. - Checking fluids and oil and change when necessary. Pump House - Maintaining the pumps that supply the water to the park. - When alarms go off checking the pumps shutting them down or restarting whatever is necessary. Should be able to work well with the residents of the community.
