As the Program Manager for Global PIM & DAM, you will lead the development and execution of our global product information and digital asset management strategies under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Digital Experience. You will collaborate with IT, Product Management, and Marketing teams to deploy, refine, and maintain these platforms, developing policies for collecting and using product data and digital assets. Additionally, you will work with the Product Commercialization team to enhance our product information and asset library and automate the delivery of product data files to customers. Finally, you will create and implement a global roadmap for PIM and DAM system deployments, integrations, and enhancements to achieve best-in-class status in product data and digital asset management.

You Will:

  • Create and enforce policies on product data management and digital asset management.

  • Create techniques for product data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of product data.

  • Establish rules and procedures for product data & digital asset sharing with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support others in the daily use of PIM & DAM and ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Develop, implement, and train users on policies and governance around how product data and digital assets are collected, organized, and used across the organization.

  • Develop the strategy and roadmap of product data and digital asset enhancements for direct purchase channels to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

  • Develop and execute a plan for global PIM & DAM adoption.

  • Develop dashboards to monitor product data quality and scoring with a view on maximizing KPI improvements, ROI, and business impacts.

  • Help with reports, data extractions, and incoming product data files when needed.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field

  • 5+ years experience in product data management. Experience with IBM Infosphere, Salsify, Sales-Layer, In-River

  • Demonstrated experience in executing a global PIM system deployment

  • Demonstrated experience in managing DAM systems.

  • Experience using Digizuite.

  • Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data

  • Experience with measuring and reporting program progress and results

  • Superior project management skills

  • Up to 5% travel

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.

Pay Range: $90K-$110K plus 10% bonus

Actual compensation withing that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
