As the Rebate and Pricing Manager, you will manage the processing of high-volume rebates. Under the guidance of the Senior Pricing Manager, you'll maintain positive Sales Rep relations while achieving company standards for results. You will be accountable for the rebate submission and reimbursement process, partnering with the Accounts Payable and Sales teams, and projects or ad-hoc requests that may be assigned for implementation or our needs.

You Will:

  • Analyze, calculate, and process a high volume of rebate submissions following company procedures.

  • Maintain Rebate Contracts, Enable, and ANAPLAN Rebate software.

  • Lead rebate renewal process from analysis to approval.

  • Manage workflows to ensure rebate submissions and check payouts.

  • Understand rebate program terms and ensure contracts are maintained in the system.

  • Investigate workflow delays and communicate corrective action to users.

  • Review all rebate submissions ensuring documentation is provided.

  • Oversee International price program implementation and strategy.

  • Follow established policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure accuracy of data.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or comparable.

  • 7+ years of professional business experience, with prior rebate management and analysis

  • 2+ years managerial experience

  • Experience with PowerBI: Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.

Pay range: $90K-$105K plus 10% bonus

Actual compensation withing that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
