FH CANN & ASSOCIATES Training Specialist in North Andover, Massachusetts

The Training Specialist?s position?s objective is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Training department. Assist with the Training and Development team with projects as needed. Assist with orientation by welcoming new employees, giving tours and helping with new hire paperwork. Involved in new hire training. Documents and tracks training and development actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Assist Trainers and Training Director with projects as needed. Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHC?s Information Security Policy and Procedures. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Mental Demands - While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents; analyze and solve problems; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under intensive deadlines; and interact with vendors and staff in the course of work. Required Education and Experience: Highschool Diploma or equivalent Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements: Must be able to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening.
