SUMMARY

The Operations Support Analyst is primarily a non-client facing role that provides day-to-day support to the Purchasing Manager and Operations Analyst. This is an entry level position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Managing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) program to determine raw material demands.

  • Manage shipment details with internal members, brokers and suppliers to ensure raw material is delivered as scheduled.

  • Assist and maintain Raw Materials consignment reports.

  • Assist in maintaining physical inventory coordination and management.

  • Assist with Inventory reconciliation/reporting for all divisions, as needed.

  • Assist in the Annual Finance Inventory Audit - All inventory and shipment related duties.

  • Enter item-level Purchase Orders (all departments).

  • Assist professionally in supplier relationships and communications.

  • Cross-trained with the ability to provide back-up for the Purchasing Manager and Operations Analyst.

  • Support ISO and Operations Excellence.

  • Gain understanding of Operations procedures, production flow and maintain positive internal relationships.

  • Assist with projects and research as needed.

  • Perform backup and support roles as assigned by the VP of Innovation and Operations.

Required Experience:

The successful candidate should be well organized, have clear oral and written communication skills, and be able to handle and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
