Will train to perform: Lawn care services - Fertilizing, mowing, seeding, spraying, weeding and Shrub Services - Planting, pruning, removal. Weed and clean planting beds, remove debris. Candidates must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout the day. Must have completed high school. Employer will provide transportation to/from the various job sites in Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, Dennis and Harwich to/from the company main office at 73 Crosswind Farm Road, N.Chatham. Workers will be transported from one site to another several times per day in a company vehicle by the team supervisor. $19.23/hr, 35 hrs/week. Overtime may be possible, but it is not guaranteed at $28.85/hr. Dates of employment from 04/01/2021 to 10/31/2021. Monday through Friday, some Saturdays, 8am to 4pm but may vary. The employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due and workers will be paid on each Friday, by check. Lodging is not provided. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the work place. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker?s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker?s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.68 p/day during travel to a maximum of $55 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly.
