Job Summary
BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking for a Club Operations Intern to join our Management Development Summer Internship Program.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Exposure to day-to-day Club Operations, including Merchandising, the Member Experience, our growing Omni business, Team Member Engagement, Inventory & Asset Control, and Perishables.
Engage with all levels of the operation to help identify club strengths and opportunities.
Identify opportunities and develop recommendations to improve processes or procedures within the club.
Support higher level management in a variety of different tasks required to operate a club.
Other duties and tasks as they arise identified by Club Management.
Qualifications/Description
Undergraduate (Current Juniors or Seniors) majoring in Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or Finance.
Able to work 100% in person in North Dartmouth, MA with the ability to travel locally.
Willingness to learn.
Process driven individual with strong communication skills.
Team player a must.
Leadership Experience a plus.
