Opportunity Overview

Teradyne’s Global Human Resources team plays a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic people strategy that preserves the core values that define Teradyne, while continuously evolving to meet the future demands of our workforce.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Representative to join our global team. In this role, you will provide essential HR customer support across a wide range of HR processes. You will have an opportunity to explore and grow within various HR functions.

The role is available as hybrid.

  • Coordinate and Schedule Management: Provide coordination and scheduling support to managers, handling complex schedules for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, as well as key projects

  • Event and Learning Program Support : Assist with events and learning programs, managing email communications, scheduling calendars, coordinating room allocations and refreshments, and handling follow-up tasks efficiently. Order office supplies and request purchase orders as needed

  • General Office Support: Assist with invoices, office supplies, projects, and company operations. Provide backup support to other assistants as needed. Acts as the primary point of contact via phone or email, providing support as a problem solver and facilitator for supported managers

  • Handle Requests Efficiently: Adapt to and handle last-minute requests with attention to detail

  • Confidential Information Management: Address time-sensitive requirements by promptly managing, organizing, disseminating, and communicating confidential information and correspondence with precision

  • Travel Coordination: Schedule and reconcile domestic and international travel and expenses

  • Invoice and Expense Management : Assist with processing vendor invoices, managing invoicing systems, check requests, and expense control processes

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired, but not required

  • 1+ years of experience within corporate environment

  • Administrative Support and Calendar Scheduling: Ability to provide administrative support to group of HR leaders with differing priorities; strong aptitude with scheduling and maintaining multiple calendars

  • Collaboration and Communication: A strong collaborator and learner proficient in communication, organization, and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail; capable of building strong coalitions globally through effective interpersonal communication

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and navigating diverse cultures and perspectives is highly valued

  • MS Office Proficiency: Preferred expertise in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
