Applications Analyst / Project Manager Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Applications Analyst / Project Manager Northampton, MA \$70,000-\$80,000 ServiceNet, an innovative mental health and human services non-profit organization, is looking for a skilled and creative full-time Application Analyst in Northampton, MA. The successful candidate will have experience planning for, implementing, and supporting enterprise software solutions. They will be flexible, team-oriented, and have a passion for producing high-quality work and attention to detail. Our Applications Analyst will work in our Northampton, MA office and be part of our dynamic Healthcare Technology team which supports an organization of over 1700 employees across Western Massachusetts. Responsibilities and Duties ? Oversee the lifecycle of business software, including planning, implementation, training, upgrades, and quality control across the entire project. ? Coordinates and assists with Software Development Department Projects. ? Meet with other team members and end users to develop software specifications. ? Identify, research, and recommend product customization and enhancements to create efficiencies and enhance the user experience. ? Train users on software solutions and business processes as necessary. Qualifications and Skills ? 3+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions. ? Results-oriented attitude and strong written and communication skills ? Ability to organize and maintain several large-scale projects simultaneously ? Dedicated Team player, proactive planner, and problem solver. ? Develop manuals, policies, and other knowledge-base documents ? Identify and address project obstacles, escalating to supervisor when necessary. ? Working knowledge of Office 365, including Forms, SharePoint, and Flows. ? Experience with Financial Software, Form Building Software, Relias Learning, and other enterprise applications ? Bachelor\'s Degree, and/or five years of relevant experience. ? Must reside in Western Massachusetts or be willing to relocate
