Assistant Director \| Pride House Job Category: Operations-Adolescent & Family Services Requisition Number: ASSIS002390 Full-Time On-site Northampton, MA 01062, USA We\'re searching for an open-minded individual for our Pride House program -- serving youth in the LGBTQ+ community in Massachusetts. Be a part of this supportive and forward-thinking team! We\'re looking for a Case Manager/Assistant Director who will join our Adolescent & Family Residential Services [AFS] Division. The Clinical Case Manager (CCM) to work with youth with behavioral, mental health and trauma issues, and their families, who are in our residential treatment program for stabilization and assessment services For youth who are a part of the LGBTQ + community. Duties include: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program, at the program and in their family homes. Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 6 youth by coordinating team meetings, arranging appointments, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth/family. Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, as CANS, as part of the assessment process. Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery. Provide training to direct care staff on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients. Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements. Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu. Participate in being on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies. Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Supervisor. To supervise Direct Care/Relief Workers in those areas and provide support and training as needed. Maintain a consistent manner in implementing reasonable limits and structure for each client on a daily basis in the residence and in the community. Maintain contact with families and collaterals as needed. To assure that applicable rules, policies and procedures are being followed on their shifts. To adhere to all the expectations of a shift Supervisor. To provide leadership to shift Supervisors To implement each client\'s individual Level Plan objectives under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and Program Supervisor. To accurately log all required documentation. To act as a client advocate. To provide appropriate, safe responses to emergency situations when necessary. To develop strong, supportive relationships with the clients. To provide for client care and safety, and observe all safety measures. Case Manager / Assistant Director Requirements: (hybrid) Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or similar. Experience working in residential services with children/adolescents preferred. Appreciates and has a willingness to work as a member of team. Has a valid driver\'s license and a car and is willing to use your car for work-related purposes.
