NORTHAMPTON Associate Director of Education and Transitional Services The Collaborative for Educational Services is looking for an Associate Director of Education and Transition Services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader dedicated to social justice and equity with a background working to improve outcomes for youth placed at-risk, youth with disabilities and diverse populations. The Collaborative for Educational Services is contracted to provide a wide range of educational services to youth placed in the care of DYS, the state?s juvenile justice agency. Under this contract, we provide secondary education, college and career exploration opportunities, postsecondary and technical education, and a robust transition support system. The Associate Director of Education is instrumental in ensuring the quality of these services, that youth make academic progress, and that this progress is sustained when they transition out of DYS. Candidate must possess Massachusetts Educators License in Administration, Superintendent/Asst. Superintendent preferred. Must have own transportation, able and willing to travel throughout Massachusetts. This is you: You have a passion for leading educators, particulary those who work with struggling learners.
