FIT Staffing IT Support Specialist in Northampton, Massachusetts
NORTHAMPTON CONTRACT POSITION IT Support Specialist Qualified candidate will be experienced in IT Help Desk fundamentals. Must have experience with imaging systems, ticket systems, Windows OS, 0365, and iPhones. Must possess excellent customer service skills and be the lead first level support for the client. Experience with: Laptop Imaging Active Directory Azure Office 365 iPhones Providing solutions and advice on technical issues Must have: Excellent Communication Skills Proactive Attitude Eager to Learn Self-sufficient This is a contract role based in the Northampton area, On-site, M-F 8am-5pm.
