Job Title: Lead, Mechanical Engineering Job Code: 16268 Job Location: Northampton, MA (100% On-site) Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: Direct and consult on the technical activities of design teams on developmental and IRAD programs. Work closely with Program Management, Engineering Leads, Manufacturing and other departments as necessary to expedite project completion and facilitate/improve the overall operation of mechanical engineering development teams. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or similar technical field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
