RESPONSIBLE FOR: ? Directly overseeing 3rd shift employees ? Monitoring work cells to ensure employees are staying on task and meet shift production goals ? Reporting to a manager in a senior role and may complete daily responsibilities while the supervisor handles work items ? Utilizing strong people skills and the ability to organize team members and delegate tasks are top requirements ? Conducting Preventive maintenance task as directed ? Performing other facility task as directed by Facility management ? Performing janitorial duties: clean break area, floors, mens and ladies wash rooms ? Responding to issues or problems occurring with safety, security, personnel, methods, tooling and equipment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? Strong supervisory skills ? Hands-on problem solving, solid mechanical and electrical skills ? Leadership skills and ability to work independently for the team are a must ? Ability to sort out challenging, multi-dimensional tasks ? Able to organize time ? Basic computer skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ? Various physical activities involved in janitorial work, repairs to facility and equipment. Lifting within reasonable limits, climb ladders, manipulate hand and power tools to perform assignments NON-PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ? Record keeping for preventive maintenance process upkeep ? Communicate briefs on observations and events pertaining to process and equipment deviations from normal operation PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: ? Grow in responsibilities with the company
