Kforce Customer Service Representative in Norwell, Massachusetts

Kforce's client in Norwell, Massachusetts (MA) area is looking for a Customer Service Representative.Summary:The representative receives callers, determines nature of business, and directs/assists callers in both English and French. The Specialist communicates, investigates and resolves various Customer and Sales Force inquiries, adjustments, and concerns and is responsible for organizing and sharing a great deal of information regarding the company and its policies, procedures, systems and programs.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills and a general aptitude with technology

  • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system is preferred

  • Experience with heavy call volume is preferred

  • Pleasant telephone manner; must be cheerful and exercise diplomacy at all times

Language Skills:

  • Must be fluent in both oral and written English and French

  • Experience with Canadian French dialect is highly preferred
