Clean Harbors Vehicle Maintenance Admin Summer Intern in Norwell, Massachusetts

Clean Harbors Norwell, MA is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Administrative Intern to join their team! This position will be responsible for assisting in daily input of vendor invoices, as well as setting up and maintaining vehicle files in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.

  • Review and maintain national vendor accounts which include repair order invoices, checking for error in-parts, labor hours, equipment information.

  • Scan and upload vehicle preventive maintenance and inspections reports against the proper asset files in accordance with the department of transportation.

  • Assist in reviewing vendor repair order invoices as needed.

  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding disputes and payment status inquiries in a timely manner.

  • All other duties as assigned by management.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong word processing typing skills.

  • Proficiency with personal computers

  • Able to multitask.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Previous experience working in maintenance environment (not required)

  • Ability to pass a background check and medical preemployment testing upon hire
