job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Systems Manager to lead our DLP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in managing DLP and endpoint security systems. This role involves overseeing the operation and enhancement of our DLP solutions, leading transitions to new endpoint security systems, and developing and maintaining DLP policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage DLP Systems: Oversee the operation and maintenance of our DLP systems, both network and endpoint solutions.
Lead Transition to New Endpoint Solutions: Drive the phasing out of our current endpoint solution and lead the Proof of Value (POV) for new systems, ensuring a seamless and secure transition.
Implement New Systems: Take charge of implementing new DLP and security systems, ensuring they are integrated effectively into our existing IT infrastructure and meet organizational security standards.
Policy Development and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive DLP policies. Regularly review and update these policies to meet changing security requirements and technological advancements.
Develop and Maintain Documentation: Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining detailed documentation for DLP processes, including run books and playbooks. This task involves ensuring that all DLP procedures, configurations, and best practices are meticulously documented for operational efficiency, training, and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with IT Security Teams: Work closely with IT security teams to integrate DLP systems with UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems.
Data Manipulation and Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data, with experience in using scripting languages for advanced data analysis. strong skills in managing data within spreadsheets and other analytical tools are essential.
