Riverside Community Care Insurance Specialist - Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Norwood, Massachusetts

We have an exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Insurance Specialist!
This position is important to the functioning of the program because of the growing complexity of the insurance needs of our CBHC and Outpatient persons served.
The Insurance Specialist will:
Coordinate Third Party insurance verifications
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and enters insurance information into the electronic client record (EHR)
Obtain and track treatment authorizations
Oversee clients’ self-pay accounts
Update the third-party billing office of eligibility changes
Perform other front office support, Administrative and program support tasks as needed
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, with flexible days and hours with the possibility for hybrid work after training
Rate: $19.00 per hour

Required Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Required Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
One year experience administrative and/or billing experience preferred
